These Terms of Service govern the contractual relationship between Digital Corp France and its clients for web development, mobile app development, SaaS application creation, and AI-powered automation services.
Digital Corp France offers the following services:
Pricing is determined based on project scope, complexity, and requirements. A detailed quote will be provided before project commencement. Payment terms will be specified in the project contract.
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
The client agrees to:
Digital Corp France warrants that delivered solutions will function as specified in project documentation. Any defects will be corrected within a reasonable timeframe.
Post-delivery maintenance and support services are available as separate agreements.
Digital Corp France shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruption.
Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Upon full payment, the client receives ownership rights to the delivered custom code and design elements specific to their project.
Third-party components, frameworks, and libraries remain subject to their respective licenses.
Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Terms for termination compensation will be specified in the project contract.
In case of dispute, parties agree to first attempt amicable resolution. If unsuccessful, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of French courts.
